Laura Langman – Small Successes

Laura Langman is an International Netball player. Langman’s rise has been swift. She was selected for the NZU21 side at 16, made the Silver Ferns squad a year later, and won her first test cap against England in 2005, at the age of nineteen. In 2006 she won a Commonwealth Games gold medal with the Silver Ferns, and in 2009 she featured on the ANZ Championship top ten player lists with 150 goal assists.

Josh Kronfeld – Find The Inner Strength

Millan Baird – Inspiration Everywhere

Millen Baird is an actor, writer and comedian. After graduating from the Unitec School of Performing and Screen Arts Millen created and starred in his first solo stage show, Wedding Speeches. This, combined with a half-hour comedy pilot for TV2, led to the TV3 sketch comedy series ’The Millen Baird Show’. The show was a ratings hit and was nominated for Best Comedy Programme at the 2009 Quantas Film & TV Awards.

Mark Inglis – See Opportunity

Mark Inglis is perhaps best known as the first double amputee to reach the summit of Mt Everest. In 1982, Inglis and climbing partner were stuck in an ice cave on Aoraki/Mount Cook for thirteen days due to an intense blizzard. Both men’s legs became badly frost bitten while awaiting rescue. Following Inglis’ rescue, both his legs were amputated below the knee. He returned to Mt. Cook in 2002 and reached the summit successfully.

Ian Jones – Proove Someone Wrong

Ian Jones is the second most capped All Black of all time. In 1990 Jones made his debut for the All Blacks, scoring a try against Scotland at Carisbrook in Dunedin. Despite a bit of criticism in the early years for his perceived ‘lack of bulk’, Jones went on to become one of New Zealand, and the world’s, greatest ever locks. He is currently a regular commentator with Sky TV.
